Hands On Adjustments Workshop

Join me for a 2 hour workshop where we will discuss and practice hands on adjustments in all sorts of yoga poses. This class will be an opportunity to learn, discuss, and share questions and best practices about other teaching topics as well, including prop usage, sequencing and theming. So bring your questions and your open mind and we’ll kick off the year with this fun, educational experience. (CEUs available) Cost: $30
If you’re not an instructor but interested in taking the class, feel free to join us, you will definitely receive lots of hands on adjustments!
